I believe it's because they technically ran an offensive play. It's as if they just went for it on 4th down.

Despite what teh color analyst said, Jags went 12 personnel entire drive. Lewis and Koyack were in on almost every play.

Forced Chargers to stay base defense and Jags passed short middle until the Red Zone.
