Need one owner, dispersal draft for Keeper League (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have four openings in The Ultimate Keeper League (TUKL) which is heading into it's 3rd year at MFL.com.

I have three replacement owners in place and need one more owner. The replacement owners will conduct a dispersal draft on the message board after entry fees are paid. The draft order is serpentine and the number of rounds is 20 but owners can choose to stop drafting anytime after 15 rounds.

Some of the players available in the dispersal draft are Carson Wentz, Todd Gurley, Ezekiel Elliott, Alvin Kamara, Kareem Hunt, DeAndre Hopkins, Rob Gronkowski, and Zach Ertz.

Owners will also choose their set of draft picks which include 1.01, 1.02, 1.05, 1.09 in the first round.

Here is an overview of the league:

- League site: http://www73.myfantasyleague.com/2017/home/16074#0
- 12 teams, 3 divisions
- 22 player roster
- non-IDP
- each team keeps 4-6 players
- slow draft starting July 31
- PPR (0.5, 0.7, 1.1)
- start 1 QB, 1 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX (RB or WR), 1 FLEX (RB or TE), and 1 Def
- H2H, 13 week regular season
- 6 team playoff weeks 14-16
- $73 entry fee
- 100% payout minus hosting cost

The open teams have an * at the end of their team name.

If you're interested or have any questions, send me a PM.

Thanks.

Here are the keeper rules:

12. Keeper Rules:

Owners will keep at least four players and a maximum of six players from their previous year's roster.

Each owner will designate one player as a franchise player. Franchise players will be kept "in lieu of" the round they were chosen in. Franchise players cannot be kept for more than two consecutive years and must go back into the free agent pool the season after they are kept for the 2nd time.

Players drafted in the first two rounds of any draft cannot be kept the following year unless they are a franchise player. Non-franchise players that are kept will be "in lieu of" a draft pick that is two rounds less than the round in which they were selected in. For example, T.Y. Hilton is selected in the 5th round of the 2016 draft. If a team wishes to keep Hilton for the 2017 season, they will give up their 3rd round pick or their 2nd round pick, etc. if they trade their 3rd round pick.

Undrafted free agents acquired between weeks 1-7: These players can be kept "in lieu of" a 12th, 13th, or 14th round pick. (Denoted by $)

Undrafted free agents acquired between weeks 8-13: These players can be kept "in lieu of" a 10th, 11th, or 12th round pick. (Denoted by *)

Drafted free agents acquired between weeks 8-13: These players can be kept "in lieu of" a draft pick that is three rounds less than the round in which they were selected in. (Denoted by draft pick and *)

Undrafted or drafted free agents acquired between weeks 14-16: Cannot be kept. (Denoted by X)

Teams cannot keep more than three players that were not drafted.

The draft round will be reduced by two rounds the first year a player is kept, by one round if he is kept a 2nd year, and no change if kept a 3rd year. For example, if Player A is drafted in round 12 in 2016, he can be kept "in lieu of" a 10th round pick in 2017, "in lieu of" a 9th round pick if he is kept in 2018, and "in lieu of" a 9th round pick if he is kept again in 2019.

No player can be kept more than three consecutive times by the same team. If a player is kept in 2017, 2018, 2019 he must either be traded or go back into the draft.

The deadline for selecting your keeper players is the Monday before the start of the Rookie/FA draft. Until that date, you are free to trade any of the 22 players that were on your roster last year for another team's players. After keepers are announced, the other remaining players on your roster will be considered released and you will no longer be able to trade them. You may, however, still trade any of your keeper players. If an owner misses the keeper deadline, their top four "eligible" scoring players (QB, RB, WR, TE positions only) will be automatically kept, provided they are in the top 100 of the MFL ADP at the deadline. The top players report (thru week 16) will be used to determine these players. Not more than two players at any position will be kept and the player must be on an NFL roster at the time of the deadline.
