According to that link, CNN is also fat shaming "most Americans"   Are you disagreeing that Trump should eat better and exercise some?
no no

CNN articles on fat shaming ... and what do they do ? Fat Shame

unbelievable

BBW is a great thing, don't be ashamed of body weight, right ?
I don't think you understand. Trump has a history of shaming women because of their weight. And their appearance. You don't see the irony in that? An ugly, fat, doughy man with some kind of yellow-dyed combover?  Commenting on other peoples' appearance?   Think about it.  Trump has waived the right to avoid such shaming. Perhaps he should have considered his history before letting himself go.

imagine posting a fat pic of Oprah and saying " overweight and doesn't exercise, Oprah should lose some weight !! "

women would go ballistic, BBW is a great thing, don't be ashamed of body weight, right ?
Saying someone is overweight is a statement of fact, not fat shaming. It is also a true statement he doesn't exercise (unless you consider his golfing while driving around in a cart exercise). And as Sho Nuf mentioned it was a paraphrase if not a direct quote of what his doctor said in the press briefing.

He's fat. And not a sold-fat like some people.  he's doughy and blubbery.  CNN is trying to save his life.

Reagan was the oldest sitting President - 77 years, 11 months when he left office.

We’ve elected 3 US Presidents who were older than 65 at their inauguration: Harrison - 65, Reagan - 69, Trump - 70 (now 71.)
Thank you, sir.

So Trump is the oldest at this point in his presidency and if/when he finishes this term he'll be the second oldest sitting president, right alongside Reagan whom people also had some of these concerns about. I'm glad Trump had the report done.

If you don't think body shaming is OK, then it has to be across the lines and NEVER ok

you can't make exceptions to fit your needs - that's hypocritical

that's a great philosophy in trying to be a better world right there isn't it ?

Maybe it’s an experiment or a tool the left is using.
not an experiment anymore

media is used to lead the people in how they think

and people are too stupid to see it

I'm surprised the GOP doesn't play the same games, if it gets votes and wins elections ...... maybe they'll adapt eventually

Quotes from Trump. (From Cosmopolitan article)  Remember, Trump has been fat shaming people for a very long time.  You voted for this man and defend him every day.
so we need to treat him the same way and breach all our own personal values and morals and ethics ?

is that about right ?

Donald should embrace his plus sizedness instead of lying about his height and weight.

We are here for you Donald when you are ready to face your body issues.

DUDE.  You are making exceptions right now.  How can you not see yourself contradicting yourself every post?

Oh the experiment is off? I see.

LOL  You can skew it any way to make yourself feel better I suppose.  I give you credit for the commitment you have to defend a person like Trump.  I don't know why you do it.  Maybe it makes you feel better about your vote.

I'd say you need to explain why it bothers you when a network does it in passing but not when a candidate for president of the united states does it throughout his life. And how that disparity doesn't make you either a troll or a massive hypocrite. After all you're the one who brought it up and is outraged or feigning outrage.

So, let's hear it.  Why do you condone a man who does this all the time becoming the most prominent role model in America but get upset when you think CNN did it once?

What's really funny is that he just indirectly fat shamed some women with his post above.  He keeps adding other people to the conversation that have nothing to do with the topic.  I bet those women would take offense to his post.

Hillary is not President.

Hillary did not have a doctor hold a press conference at the White House discussing the results.

During the campaign CNN ran no articles about either Hillary or Trump being overweight.

A doctor has rarely taken my vitals. Its almost always done by a medical assistant or nurse.
Did c comes in...asks me a few questions...listens to heart, lungs, bowels...does the few taps on the stomach and knees...checks lymph nodes...then sends me to the lab for blood work, EKG, and chest X-rays.

Not sure it works the same for POTUS...as they likely always want as few people in the know as possible.  But for an actual physical...yeah, doubtful the doctor was the one measuring height and weight.

Sure. I just don't want to hear people who have no problem when Trump does it, suddenly become outraged because he's getting the same thing thrown back at him. Talk about hypocrisy.

I can't remember what it was, but you seem to have just been trolling me lately and if it was one of those type of questions (just ridiculing and/or not seeking a serious discussion or answer to a question) then I won't  bother wasting my time responding to it.

Just what I thought.  I know what you’re all about.

Harrison - 65
By the way is this the Harrison who supposedly died from outside exposure? Again if so it's a legitimate issue to raise with Trump.
Wiki;

“Harrison's doctors tried several cures, such as applying opium, castor oil, leeches, and Virginia snakeweed, but the treatments only made Harrison worse and he became delirious. He died nine days after becoming ill,[110] at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 4, 1841. Harrison's doctor, Thomas Miller, diagnosed Harrison's cause of death as "pneumonia of the lower lobe of the right lung".[109] A medical analysis made in 2014, based on Dr. Miller's notes and records of the White House water supply being downstream of public sewage, concluding that he likely died of septic shock due to enteric fever.[”

1841 is one of only two years we had three Presidents in the same year (1881 when Garfield was assassinated was the other.)

Death by raw sewage water.  What a terrible way to go.

If opium, castor oil, leeches and Virginia snakeweed won't cure it I don't want to catch it.

I'd like to see Trump go three minutes with Biden in the ring, UFC style.
I'd like to test the cognitive part of the evaluation, except with more job-related questions. "What does DACA stand for?" "Which Article of the Constitution establishes the powers and duties of the President?"  "Here is a world map, please point to Iran."  I'd pay good money to watch that.

The color of his skin had EVERYTHING to do with it.  Why didn't Trump ask to see any other Presidents' birth certificates?
Because none of the other Presidents could threaten our country as much as Barrack?  I was all for looking for a reason to get rid of Obama and if it meant to prove he was not a legal President because of where he was born so be it.  To throw out the race card again is sad and expected.

Shame

One of the problems with complaining about playing the race card when it comes to Trump is that Trump is a big ole racist.

if Foxnews did this to Hillary, the left would go ballistic

Death by raw sewage water.  What a terrible way to go.
DC was a nasty place for the majority of 19th century. There was an open sewage ditch near the WH. One of reasons Lincoln spent so much time at the Old Soldiers Home (still standing - now called Armed Forces Retirement Home, & Lincoln’s summer cabin is there) was the WH had a serious fly problem in the summer.

you can call it anything you want - its fat shaming

in other words, you'd blast a news outlet for calling Hillary fat, or Oprah or anyone else really

except Trump, and you like CNN calling him fat

I get it, I am the same way sometimes. Its easy to toss aside ethics and morals when the people you highly disagree with are the ones being attacked. Its easy to ignore what's right and what's wrong in those cases. I do it too.

Don't make it right though, and if ya'll want me and conservatives to call things evenly and fairly, lead the way, give us a good example to follow.

CNN fat shaming Trump isn't doing that at all
