I have no way of knowing where else it’s been brought out and when. Neither do you. By sheer coincidence it happened to me as recently as yesterday. You want to think that is the only time it’s happened in a long time, go ahead. I think that is absurd. It’s 15% right? I not 100% sure but that’s what I remember hearing. For me it’s the single biggest reason for those of us that live in party dominated states (CA, NY, TX, etc etc) to vote independent.
