Going into our 14th season, AFDL (Another F´ing Dynasty League) has 2 remaining available teams for a 3-team dispersal draft. The replacement owners draft is packed with studs and has quality depth – a decent draft can pay dividends right away.
The long-time commissioner quit the league after the 2016 season. An interim managed the ´17 season and I´m taking over commish duties going forward. We´re going through a couple of changes and are hoping to find committed owners buying into the league and contributing to a fun and exciting fantasy experience. The changes are ongoing and you can still cast your vote in the different polls to actively shape the league going forward.
The buy-in is $165 ($125 annual fee + $40 deposit for future picks trading).

The site design and team logos are also going through a makeover. Our league site for ´18 is ready, but once the league is full all teams will get a brand-new team logo. You can have a look at the league site here.
The bylaws will be finalized and integrated on the league page when all the polls have ended and bylaws have been updated fully. A detailed version of the league´s charter is available under the “League Links” tab on the page.
The ROD will be 35 rounds and includes all the players from the 3 abandoned teams, all FA´s and all the draft picks that were held by the abandoned teams.
Short league description:
AFDL, also known as "Another F'ing Dynasty League" was established in 2005 (Fighting Monkeys remains the lone original). Effective May 2015, AFDL was reduced from a 14-team league to a 12-team league.
Hosted on MyFantasyLeague.com, AFDL has no divisions but orders its standings via victory points. The regular season consists of 13 weeks where each team plays 9 teams once and 2 teams twice. The top 6 teams from weeks 1-13 will advance to the playoffs. Weeks 14–16 will be played as a tournament with the week 16 winner clinching the AFDL championship.
Roster size will be 24 players. There will be an IR list, but AFDL operates without a DTS. Rosters must be cut down to 18 players by the end of the real NFL rookie draft.
The following positions are included in our weekly lineups: QB – RB – WR – TE – K – Team Defense.
