Favorite Baseball "brawl" (1 Viewer)

1974 (?) brawl between the Pirates and Reds.  Pedro Borbon had a Pirates player pinned to the ground and then took a bite out of his side.  The bite was bad enough that the player had to get a tetanus shot.  The immortal Bob Prince (Pirates announcer) called Borbon "the vampire" every time he mentioned him thereafter.

That one is nasty. I do appreciate that Bautista and Odor were all squared up. Odor has the nice hip turn and follow through.

I still contend it wasn't that great of a punch.  Dead on the chin, and he didn't knock him down? How is that possible?

If you're not a fan of boxing you probably have never seen this. Happened 3 weekends ago.  Boxer knocked a guy out after the bell, so giant uncle sucker punched him.

Didn't even knock him down.

Bautista didn’t fall but he looked like if you asked him where he was he may have said his mom’s kitchen

Hadn’t seen that punch above. The old guy isn’t as good with his right.

my favorite was the Sox-Yankees brawl from the 70s where Mickey Rivers is running around the dogpile rabbit-punching guys
