In agreement with Snorkelson, excellent value.  I would assume you would select the best RB at that point with the 1.02.  Is the draft a rookie only?

 
I would side with 1.02 and Allen as well.  DJ should be really good for the next couple of years, but you get a RB much younger and a top 12 WR in a PPR format.  That's great value for DJ.

 
Close and would depend on your roster.  1.02 is no guarantee and if you have solid WR's already in place with not much at RB giving up the proven DJ for an unknown may cause more harm that good. 

I think the offer is fair but would depend on what else you have for me.
