I'm at pick number 3 and the person with pick number 2 asked if I was interested in moving up.

Pick number one will either be Gurley, Bell, or Barkley.  (The guy who has it is really high on Barkley but trying to decide if he really wants to spend the number one pick on him)

Is the difference between Gurley, Bell, Elliott, or Barkley big enough in a ten team PPR league to justify spending anything to move up one spot?
