Full-point PPR League, 12 team, start:

1 QB, 1 RB, 1 RB/WR, 2 WR, 1 flex, 1 TE

My RBs are Kamara, Ingram, Mixon and DJ

My TE is Reed.

I'm 5-1

Targeting an owner who is 2-4 who has TEs: OJ Howard, Greg Olsen, and RSJ

Do you think getting OJ back is enough of a return on my investment for DJ?  I feel like it strengthens my TE position a lot and I don't need DJ for my RB position. (I have good WRs - Hill, Diggs, Golladay, Edeleman, Godwin).

I wouldn't trade DJ for Howard straight up.  That is not nearly enough.

Yea, no way should you trade a bellcow RB for a middle of the pack TE. Try for Ebron or Cook.

As a DJ owner you need to get OJ and another solid piece for DJ.

You are greatly undervaluing Johnson. I won't deal him straight up for any TE, let alone Howard, who isn't any better than Reed. 

I think you should just keep starting Reed, and also start Johnson this week.

DJ for Kelce or Ertz, yes.  But not Howard.
