A mix of both Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Don’t think I have ever said Season’s Greetings out loud to someone.
This.

Although when working I will usually wish a customer or vendor a good holiday season and new years.  I do have some Jewish friends so I make sure not to wish them merry Christmas

Merry Christmas when not at work, mixture of that and Happy Holidays at work as we have a lot of folks who wouldn’t be celebrating Xmas.

Usually Merry Christmas - unless I know the other person may not appreciate it.  To my Indian co-workers it is usually Happy Diwali - but this year that was November 7th.  So after that I just say get back to work.

I say merry Christmas,  happy holidays and happy new year to you. Covers it all.

Season's greetings just sounds weird.
