Best Super Bowl Halftime shows? (1 Viewer)

I enjoyed Bruno Mars, and Lady Gaga.

Not a fan of Maroon 5 so I doubt I will watch it.

 
Super Bowl VIII - Univ of Texas marching band with Miss Texas, Judy Mallett playing violin.

I don't even care about the Univ of Texas, but this is what halftime shows should be...simple, regional.  Now play football!

for acts I knew nothing about, I enjoyed Bruno Mars.

For the rest, Prince and U2 stood out for me.  Lady Gaga's was also surprisingly good.

There’s two ways to judge half time.  Some people look at musical performance and a smaller group looks at it like a Las Vegas show.  I personally think the show should be a spectacle - and in that way Madonna had a great half time.

maroon 5 treated it pretty much like a concert and it sucked.

 
Loved the Prince show.  

Alternate between Bruno Mars and Lady Ga Ga each year.  I'd be okay with that until that feeling ceases.  

 
Lady Gaga's was the best of the latest (last 10 years).

Bruce, Michael, and Prince for the best triumvirate all time.

I think the 3 Stooges made an appearance during the halftime at SB1, which is fantastic.
