Rare that they charge a "John"....wonder how exactly he went about it. 

Doesn't he have a younger gf or wife?

That is almost what I am picturing the defense is going to be

I sometimes wonder if it would be better to fall on your sword and just say "I was lonely and had a moment of weakness" and put the story behind you before it starts.

Now he gets to be under a spot light for the entire time unless they some how prove mistaken identity.

These Asian rub & tug shops are everywhere up here and in all types of communities. 

 
 No experience here, but do they have video/evidence of him offering/paying for alleged acts?  Is there a defense of "I paid for a massage"....and then engaged in alleged consensual  acts?

That's not true. At least not in Texas. Not only do they charge Johns a lot here, they put their damn picture in the paper after the arrest.

some are reporting that the police have evidence of the sexual act.  It sounds like from Kraft's statement, they are going to lean towards the defense you are suggesting.

when I first heard about this I felt for the guy originally because his wife passed years ago and it seemed he was filling a void. but the more details that come out it doesn't seem like it is that innocent. I work with underage victims of sexual exploitation and yeah, it isn't fun. of course that is dealing with kids under 18, but it is often a lot dirtier than most people want to hear about

Wife died and he immediately got a GF half his age and had a kid with her.

This kinda seems like a Pats source trying to provide a brief distraction from the onslaught of negative publicity.  Because how on earth would Adam Schefter have a source that knows that, unless the other person is also a football player?  Does Schefter have better sources in Florida law enforcement than local reporters?

Not sure when this happened.  Tiger has been in Mexico the last couple days and was in LA last week, both for Tour events.

Spring Training, on the other hand, is in full swing. Mets, Marlins and Cardinals all nearby.

Yes, I guess my point is when Tiger was involved with this stuff, he had his people find the participants and paid top $.

 
Owners are subject to fines/punishment from the nfl just like players on stuff like this.  correct?

This won't end well for kraft with the way he's rubbed the league.

 
I am sensing a couple of billion dollar investment in that sex robot thing coming soon (no pun intended).

Maybe.  Not naming any names, but I can think of a rich person that is a friend of Kraft's, who would stoop to this as well, who owns some property nearby.
