Looking for a Dynasty Startup $100-$150 (1 Viewer)

Been doing dynasty for 15+ years. Looking to add a league on MFL. Non-IDP.

Flexible on format. TE premium or Superflex is fine. Best Ball could be fine. No D/K is fine. Prefer $100-$150. 

Seems like there aren’t a lot of new leagues being posted, so I thought I’d ask. 

I saw your post about looking for a new Dynasty League. I'm working on a startup that would be 70 total teams, but would be 5 smaller 12 team leagues and 1 10 team league to simulate college football. 
There's no superflex or IDP.
The buy is only $52(I know you said you wanted $100 to $150), but I still thought I'd see if you were interested. You can also own two teams in different conferences and you would get payouts for both teams if that would entice you at all.

You get to represent a college football program
What makes this league different than most is that we emulate recruiting by doing an offseason auction which includes all incoming rookies, players whose contracts have expired from other teams(no salaries), and all other players who weren't rostered from the previous year.
Each school has a prestige based on its performance and this is how much money you have towards recruiting. So you can gain and lose prestige.

$70 buy-in (part of the entry fee helps pay for the league)

2 copies of players (1 copy per conference)

2 conferences with 16 teams

22 man Roster (No kickers and Defense)

NFL Team Names available:

All of AFC South and West and NFC North

Patriots, Bills, Jets, Ravens, Steelers, Eagles, Redskins, Giants, Saints, Falcons, Panthers, 49ers, and Cardinals

I am looking for 25 more owners for a NFL themed 32 team league with PPR scoring, no kickers and defense, $70 buyin which helps pay for the league. I am looking for replacement owners in two long running leagues for 2019.  League fees are through Leaguesafe and the entry fee is $200, but in 2019 it is only $100 for someone taking over a replacement team.  If interested, I can email you the constitutions and teams available.  Email me at schmitmatt@hotmail.com for details.
