$55 Bestball 14 team Dynasty league with a (4 team dispersal)

This is a 14 team Bestball league. It is a SF, PPC, PPR & Te Prem. scoring. This is a good league with a really strong core of owners. The dispersal will be held on the MFL site just like any normal draft. Trading will be allow with members in the dispersal and owners who aren't in the draft. We will start once we have 4 owners and everyone is paid.

***Fees are collected through Leaguesafe.com & 100% of league fees go toward MFL, and the pot***

***It is a Bestball & SF, PPC, PPR & Te Prem. scoring***

***Starting lineup is Qb, Rb, Wr, Te & 1 SF flex's (Qb, Rb, Wr, Te) & 5 flex's (Rb, Wr, Te) ***

Hello,

This league sounds interesting to me. I've been playing fantasy football for a while but I have never played dynasty. Since there are preexisting owners there would be preexisting teams. How would the new owners get teams of players that are already in the league like the other owners? Just looking for mor ein formation but I am definitely interested.
