LOOKING for New League only Keep 2-6 players (1 Viewer)

Looking for a new league where you keep a small limited amount of players per year.  I prefer the type of league where if you draft a player in the 10th round, in order to keep him next year, it will cost you two draft spots earlier, or something along that line.

Fee can be around $50-$100 a season.
