Already was.Burrow has to be the Heisman frontrunner right now, right?
And so are the Hoosiers. Minnesota is 9-0. Cats and dogs living together.ILLINOIS IS BOWL ELIGIBLE.
Sparty, no.
ILLINOIS IS BOWL ELIGIBLE.
Sparty, no.
WTH?Meanwhile, Illinois erased a 25-point deficit and beat Michigan State.
Illini are 4-0 since I posted this.Illinois looking for that elusive rare Big 10 win over a team not named Rutgers.
I think he’s going 1.01I didn't realize he had risen so much. Kiper has him at 14: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.theringer.com/platform/amp/nfl/2019/11/8/20954722/joe-burrow-lsu-quarterback-nfl-draft-stock-rising
No, and it’s not.So can we all agree Bama should be eliminated this time if they don’t play for the SEC championship?
If not, conference play is apparently not as important as many make it out to be.
Crazy accurate, smart, just elusive enough. Not sure what there's not to like.I think he’s going 1.01
1. LSU
2. OSU
3. Clemson
4. Bama
Stats are usually correct, until they aren't.Michigan State was 99.6% chance to win according to ESPN at the end of the 3rd quarter, up 31-10 against Illinois.
Supposedly a just adequate arm. Maybe like Drew Brees. If he's really that good, the Dolphins should get a good QB drafting at 1 though 3.Crazy accurate, smart, just elusive enough. Not sure what there's not to like.
LSU wants no part of Bama in January.
You’d be surprised down here. A lot of LSU fans are not sold on Orgeron at all. Any success is the coordinators ... failures are all on Coach O.Remember that time USC decided not to hire Coach O
Why would I not want to watch Bama play in the playoff? So can we all agree Bama should be eliminated this time if they don’t play for the SEC championship?

A win that’ll be a chapter of the history of a great program...enjoy man...no way ‘11 happens again!LSU wants no part of Bama in January.
A win in always nice. Still, can’t see where either team can claim superiority. Scoreboard will have to be enough.
About a month ago, a lot of Saints fans were hoping Burrow could be drafted to take over for Drew Brees. Not in play anymore without a Herschel-Walker-meets-Mike-Ditka trade :(I think he’s going 1.01
Dantonio downright sabotaged his defense at the end of that game tonight. State had it won. Defense was making stop inside the 5. He calls 2 time outs (Illini had none) with seconds to go . Of course 4 and 5 PI call in the end zone. Beautiful play call by Illinois for the TDILLINOIS IS BOWL ELIGIBLE.

It’s not and they’re no lock. I think right now we can reasonably count in LSU, OSU and Clemson - the first two can suffer a loss and there is almost no way Clemson even comes close to one. That leaves:Presuming Bama wins out, their case is signature wins against TAMU and Auburn, no SECCG win, and an OOC schedule of Duke, New Mexico State, Southern Miss, and Western Carolina - all at home. That’s compelling.
Why? You win all your games and you’re in. If Bama doesn’t get in, it’s because they gave up 46 points at home to the only ranked team they’ve played.Really, really, need 8 teams in the NCAA finals.
It’s not possible for both Minnesota and Ohio St to finish undefeated. It’s not and they’re no lock. I think right now we can reasonably count in LSU, OSU and Clemson - the first two can avoid a loss and there is almost no way Clemson even comes close to one. That leaves:
One loss OU or undefeated Baylor
Minnesota if undefeated
Georgia if they win out
one loss Oregon or Utah

I don’t think one loss OU gets in over Bama. Obviously undefeated Baylor and Minnesota would.
One-loss UGA with a win over LSU would
One-loss Oregon or Utah...I doubt they beat out Bama. They’d compare the Auburn game straight up for Oregon.
As of right now I’d bet Bama getting that 4 seed.
If they pound the crap out of Western Carolina in two weeks, they're in, based on historical precedent. So can we all agree Bama should be eliminated this time if they don’t play for the SEC championship?
If not, conference play is apparently not as important as many make it out to be.
OSU would get in with 1-loss to an undefeated Minnesota if that result somehow happened and it absolutely would not. It’s not possible for both Minnesota and Ohio St to finish undefeated.
The best Reddit post I read today said:OSU would get in with 1-loss to an undefeated Minnesota if that result somehow happened and it absolutely would not.
LmaoThe best Reddit post I read today said:
Minnesota will not place high in the rankings because their best win is a against a team that lost to Minnesota.
Who could they get? Not trying to be rival guy, but they’ll be picking after FSU and I believe his buyout is like $20m.So is this going to be it for Muschamp? Is he out after this year?
Oh he has that much left on his contract? Wow.Who could they get? Not trying to be rival guy, but they’ll be picking after FSU and I believe his buyout is like $20m.
God we can only hope so. I've seen enough. So is this going to be it for Muschamp? Is he out after this year?
Picking after USC too. Not the best year to have an opening.Who could they get? Not trying to be rival guy, but they’ll be picking after FSU and I believe his buyout is like $20m.
Who knows but if they let Ray Tanner make the hire it will probably be Willie Taggert and sadly that would be an upgrade.Who could they get? Not trying to be rival guy, but they’ll be picking after FSU and I believe his buyout is like $20m.
Almost included them but assume that due to geography, the candidates won’t overlap too much.Picking after USC too. Not the best year to have an opening.
Definitely trueAlmost included them but assume that due to geography, the candidates won’t overlap too much.
I just gotta think that if you’re cutting a check that large, you probably need a big name ready to sign on the line.Who knows but if they let Ray Tanner make the hire it will probably be Willie Taggert and sadly that would be an upgrade.
Oh, and from what I'm hearing the buyout won't be an issue.
Say LSU OSU and Clem all win out. OU wins Big12 and Utah Pac12. Does a one loss Bama get in when they don't win their division over a one loss conference champ? Can Utah get in?It’s not and they’re no lock.
