Bloomberg is crushing this 2nd half. Liz has gone full SJW and Biden has went to sleep.

I know Bloomberg has said he will support any Dem but how is he going to get behind Bernie after this?

The American public will not buy into the socialist idea that wealthy people are immoral no matter how they earned their money. It’s just not gonna fly.

Preach.

Having money doesn't make you a bad person. The only people that believe it are the Bernie supporters that have their hands out waiting for the money to fall out of the sky.  (not saying it's all Bernie supporters).

But having money doesn't make you bad or immoral.

Bernie going pure worker’s revolt here. He just lost the election for the Democrats.

I am convinced if it comes down head to head Bernie and Trump, and the election becomes a referendum on capitalism, the middle goes right if only to protect their 401ks, and it’s lights out.

I’ve never seen Bernie fight face to face before. Didn’t think he had it in him. He’s almost  wild eyed

I'm streaming it on SiriusXM.  Sad I can't see his face.

Is Bernie's vision for the working class going to generate more enthusiasm than Trump's vision for the working class? That will be the key question if those two end up squaring off for the Presidency.

Didn't a handout basically save capitalism in 2008?

Biden should have run on that slogan "reward work not wealth"... probably too late now... too bad he's a counter puncher and can't lead but you can still see some flickers of life in there.

Because it was gauche, probably. A lot of the individual attacks have failed miserably tonight unless they're attacks on people who were doing the attacking.

In some ways this is good for Bernie to take that shot now.  In a general election that's a knock out punch.  Here it's just a good stiff shot.

You can tell the crowd is pro-Bernie. It was an incredible line.

Sub-narrative here is disappearance of Biden. Struggling to remember statistics and peters out during every answer. He’s really fading.

That's what we were sold. I simply call it corporate fascism.

I never question whether Bernie is sincere & honest. The rest, not so much.

Agreed.  I like Bernie and he seems more sincere than most politicians, which admittedly is a very low bar to clear; I just don't agree with most of his views.  But he's very likable.

I love how nobody is bringing up the whole premise that the wealth tax they are discussing has more than just a minor constitutional hurdle to clear.

He should have said what I have heard the story to be, it was left to his wife by her parents.  If thats not true, a summer house, well that not realistic when you're pushing this socialist jive.  He is in the 1 percent.

He's also 78 years old. My 60 something parents have two houses and they're middle class at best. Compound interest and a steady (higher than average) income are neat.
