Markelle Fultz is pretty good. Can't believe nobody drafted him.

Yeah.....liking this kid Nunn though. Nice little surprise this pre season.

But pumped to have Butler. Total Heat type of guy.

In his first quarter with the Magic, Fultz goes 4/5 from the field, finds Bamba for a lob, leads the team with 8 points and a +6 +/-....

I know. Imagine if somebody was smart enough to draft him and keep him on a rookie pay scale.

Defense looking great so far  37 points given up in 1st to the Hornets.

I'd like to think I follow the NBA pretty closely and I have no idea who a couple of these Hornets players are.

Lauri with sixteen shot attempts before halftime--more than all the other starters combined.

Coby White is really impressive.

Non-stop energy. And he's certainly not shy about shooting  I don't think he'll ever be a PG and really wonder how he and LaVine will co-exist long term.

Surprisingly, Brooklyn’s defense is pretty awful.

Saw Garrett Temple brick a 3 and was briefly terrified that Allen Crabbe was still on this roster. Similar shooting form.

Watching this 76ers game on mute; it's so much better when you don't have to listen to Hubie Brown's goofy butt.

Mythise Thybulle is by far going to be one of the most enjoyable players to watch for years to come. Hopefully his offense can keep improving, but his defense is just filthy

not exactly sure. i know Zaire Smith is still behind in development. to be honest some time in the G league would be best for him now that he seems to have built his body back up. i think he is 19 or so, so might be too raw.

though Korkmaz got more time then i ever thought he would

21 points, 8 rebounds (this might be a career high) and 1 turnover in a win.

I was coming in here to post this, though not from twitter.  From anger.

This ####er played 36 minutes and managed to pour in 21 huge points on 27 shots, while the zeros in assists, steals, and blocks held true.  But hey, he improved that +/- to a -26.

PS - Okogie went +22 in 14 minutes, with 11 points on 5 shots, 3 boards, 3 assists, and a steal.  Man this organization is maddening.  Going to straight up waste KAT’s prime next to Andrew Wiggins.

Get this garbage outta here.  You could score 21 if you took 27 shots, I’m convinced of that.  And while his 8 boards may have been a career high, the 1 turnover was in line with expectations as it occurred the one time he attempted to pass.

It was the Thunder.  I was scared the Thunder would win.  Tanking is the name of the game!

I didn't get to see all of the Celtics game, but what I saw was what I expected...a roller coaster of great plays and bad ones.  Defense, offense, shooting....all streaky.  When you rely on a mishmash of young wings and a duck taped version of post play against the 76ers, you will breed a lot of inconsistency.

They will feast on teams that don't have a strong post presence, but they will have problems against Philly and probably Milwaukee unless they shoot much better than last night.

See how much better Sixers work when they have someone besides a slowhite to greet the ball on D? That was the dif in a very helterskelter opener. Still no 2-man game between Simmons & Embiid, perhaps the most unexplainable thing in all of sports. Kanter makes me nostalgic for Hank Finkel and Tom Kite. Kemba was lost playing a game that mattered. Last year, young Tatum never strayed from the array of shots he learned from Kobe in summer camp - it's gonna be a long year if the treys-and-drives-from-trey-country he established as his this-yr pattern last nite dont change. As they did in preseason, they had a PG in alongside Carsen Edwards, which just aint gonna work - love the kid, but he's gonna have to redshirt and learn the point to have any value to the Green. Celts gotta force-feed TimeLord to have an inside presence or its gonna be another season of LEPRECHARMA..

Would Kemba crack the starting lineup in Buzz City these days?

If they keep up the 52.3% three-point shooting, they might actually be pretty good this year.

Great vision and athleticism, but (if he stays healthy) he may lead the NBA in turnovers.  Rookie point guard and all that.
