As as far as the weight loss stuff goes. I used to be a big guy, right a 300 lbs. I did 1200 calories a day, hard cap. I walked at a high incline on the treadmill for an hour every day and twice on Saturday and Sunday. 10 months after I started I was 170 lbs. It can be done.
To stay under 1200 you kind of have to keep it pretty healthy. I basically ate a banana in the morning, sandwich around lunch, grilled chicken and veggies for dinner. Water and black coffee only.
