Help me identify this song from the 70s (1 Viewer)

This is a tough one. Or it’s going to be tough to convey. Because all I have in my head is what I think may be the chorus part. 

It goes: “la la laaa laaa laa la.”

I tried singing it into Shazam, but no luck. It’s a slow yacht-rock type song. I keep thinking “Summer Breeze” by Seals and Croft, but that’s not it. But it’s in that same feel or genre. 

This is driving me nuts. Whatcha got?

Maybe I can find an online piano to record the tune.

Where did you hear? In other words, was it ever played on the radio? Recently? From a commercial? Just from childhood?

I'm a yacht rock expert, Just need a bit more info on how deep of a cut it is.

Honestly just in my head/from my childhood I guess. I don’t recall anything specific that triggered this.

Pretty much the same as "soft rock". Some blogger coined the term "yacht rock" in 2005 (per Wiki) and it stuck as an online reference.

Sirius had a Yacht Rock station until last week (unless they moved it from Channel 70?). They generally played good tunes, but they only used maybe a 200-song light-rock library.

Correct, the selection is limited on many stations. There are a lot of deeper cuts that fit.

Usually "Anna (Go To Him)" is mentioned much earlier in these things.

"Yacht rock", if we want to treat vague thematic commonalities as indicative of a genre, is no more than a sliver of the entire oeuvre of "soft rock". So much untapped ground.
