Considering Johnson and Edmonds injuries and likelihood they don't play this weekend and your WR depth, I would be hesitant to do this deal. You lose your #1 WR for a WR4 at best, you lose likely your present RB1 for Carson, so pretty even in my book and while Goff isn't the QB1 he was last year, he can obviously put up some points. Maybe they are playing off the fact that you don't have a QB for this weekend with Goff on bye, but no, I would not take that deal.

This deal looks even worse when I see your roster.  Stay put. 

I wouldn't mind it if you can drop Edmonds for a good waiver wire QB to get you by while Mahomes is injured and for his bye.  Even without the trade drop Edmonds for a QB for Goff's bye.
