Week 11 Questions For Bloom (1 Viewer)

Thanks again in advance!

Still holding Breida in PPR or would you drop him for Mostert?

Rivers or Foles as QB2 this week?

DST

DAL @ DET

NYJ @ WAS

WAS vs NYJ

League details: 12-team, .5 PPR, Passing Redraft league (short bench) (QRRWWTFKD) - currently in 2nd place at 7-3

My roster:

  • QB: D. Watson, A. Rodgers
  • RB: Kamara, Chubb, Montgomery, Ekeler, B. Hill, Mattison,
  • WR: Nuk, Evans, Chark, Metcalf, Ty WIlliams
  • TE: MAndrews
  • K: Butker
  • DST: BAL, NO
Question: would you hold both Defenses and play the matchups or would you drop 1 for one of the below FA's:

  • Mostert
  • Hollister
  • Fant
  • Slayton
  • J. Reynolds

PPR league.

I need one WR and one flex out of the following.

Key Note: I am a huge underdog. Project to lose by 20+. I need UPSIDE. Options:

* D. Guice vs NYJ -- Should be in a rotation with AP,  but who knows. NYJ rush D solid holding Saquon to 1 yard.

* R. Mostert vs AZ -- Looking like Breida will be out. Has done well when used earlier in the season when Coleman was out. AZ kinda stuffed the run against SF a couple weeks ago, but R. Jones and P. Barber both trampled AZ last week. NOTE: I am already starting T. Coleman here so this would be a big bet on the SF running game.

* Z. Pascal vs JAX -- Laid an egg last week, but should be their #1 option at WR this week. Brissett back. However, signs point to AJ Bouye matching up against Pascal. Could be a TE game for Brissett.

* A. Tate @OAK -- OAK pass D horrendous. AJ Green most likely still out. Erickson a bit banged up. Finley didn't look so hot against BALT last week but the OAK secondary isn't BALT.

* R. Gage @CAR -- Not a great passing matchup for M. Ryan, but CAR is beatable in the slot. Also, with A. Hooper out there are targets to be had. Gage has been targeted in the redzone as well.

Which WR? Which for flex?

Thanks

Standard league...we play 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB and a flex.

QB.  Wilson, Winston

RBs:  Carson, Conner (ugh), Damien Williams, Lindsay, Miles Sanders

WRs:  Adams, K Allen, Chark, DJ Moore, Ridley

A. Mattison available...do I drop Ridley for him now?  Or risk it this weekend and give up my backup plan at QB after he covers the bye and drop Jameis?

And a secondary question...if Howard cant go for Philly...do I flex Miles Sanders against NE over Lindsay against MN?

Namaste Sig!

.5ppr

1) Wk 11 FLEX: Pascal, Tyrell Williams, Mostert, or Deebo

2) Wk 11 DST: Raiders or Bills? (think the Dolphins in Miami are better than Bengals on the west coast?)

3) Big picture: Keeper league, trade away Aaron Jones (11th round) for Josh Jacobs (3rd round)?

Thanks!

Do we think Conner makes it back by week 14? Trade deadline is this week and need to decide if I should try and flip Cook into Chubb/Samuels or possibly Saquan/Gordon. If not, I will be starting Mckissic, Latavius etc as an RB 2. Thanks!

Grasping at straws here. Had juju and James Conner last night need a miracle. Start 3 drake, mostert, deebo, tre'quan, Zay Jones. Thoughts on Zay Jones? Has been wide open and missed a few times lately

Sup sig,

need 1 WR, 1flex, 1 to drop in .5ppr:

mike williams

watkins

westbrook

DParker

drake

Sony

thanks!
btw, will you be doing a pod on fantasy playoffs player stashes? Can’t wait!

12 team .5 PPR and the Conner fiasco did not help as I was already a massive underdog this week.  Please rank these WR3s:

Renfrow vs Cin

N. Agholor vs NE

M. Hardman vs LAC

Stills @ Balt

Cobb @ Det

I have Wentz for the upcoming soft schedule + playoff.  Do we que the Chuck D on Stafford?  Didn't want another team using against me if I drop him and he is supposed to return in a couple weeks.  But can use the roster spot for RB/WR depth.

In PPR, need huge upside play. Please pick 2: DJ, Mostert, Mckissic, Powell

Thanks Sig

Hey sig

Week 11 off to a bad start with chubb in do or die.

I need 2 out of this 3 in ppr league: tevin coleman, brian hill or debo Samuels

Thank you!

Wondering about your Diggs ranking this week... surprised to see him as a borderline WR1 given expected Chris Harris shadow. I get that Thielen is out, but any other reasoning there?

Looking at him vs RoJo in Flex spot

Hello & Thank You.

League # 1 PPR

RB - pick 2 (Michel, Brian Hill, Gordon, Mack)

WR - pick 2 (Keenan, McLaurin, Cobb)

Flex - One player NOT selected above

League # 2 PPR

TE (Olsen or Waller) - Waller has cooled off

FLEX - pick 1 (Crowder, Deebo or McLaurin)

DEF (CAR or BALT)

Question # 1 - Have to start Goff this weekend w/ Wilson on a bye.  The following are available so might I gamble and drop Goff and add?  Finley, Fitz, Trubisky, Haskins, Allen (I think not but Goff is stressing me out)

Question #2  - Any of the following you'd rather have moving forward (drop Deebo).  For context, I have Mack/Lindsay/Jones @ RB and Hopkins/Evans/Mclaurin/Crowder  @  WR

  • Renfrow
  • Cobb
  • Ajai (pre-emptive pick up)
  • Hardman or Robinson (KC)
  • Keep Deebo
  • Any other under radar guy you might suggest?

Need an upside flex this week PPR: Have Goedert, but Deebo, Hardman, Dorsett, TreQuan Smith are available. PPR (rank in case I can't get first choice off wire).  If not Goedert, drop him or McCoy to pick up other option?

Best RB upside stash, PPR: Pollard, Armstead, M. Davis/Bonnafon, Edwards, Darrel Williams

Any interest in Ajayi? Have Sanders.

Hey bloom,

.5ppr

with breida out and hyde facing a tough ravens run d in where he may face a negative game script would I be crazy to play Mostert over him?

my only options are Mostert vs ARZ, Kirk vs SF and Hyde vs BAL

dont feel good about Kirk at all after their last meeting and SF being tough in general all year. Too cute benching hyde?

TIA

thanks as always!

Available:

Tannehill - bye/Jax/@Ind/@Oak/Hou/NO

Danny Jones - bye/@Chi/GB/@Phi/Mia/@Wsh

Goff - Chi/Bal/@Ari/Sea/@Dal/@SF

Darnold - @wash/Oak/@Cin/Mia/@Bal/Pit

Thanks for this weekly thread Sig.  I read all the responses to the questions from others as it helps to get a better feel on things.   I doubt this question will help anyone else...

6pt TD, -3 turnovers, +5 300 yards

        (1) Jeff Driskell or Sam Darnold, leaning Darnold..both these guys look like low end qb2 at the best this week.. just don't need a disaster.

I've been getting killed with the -3 turnover this year. Start 2qb league...my guys (Winston, Daniel Jones/Eli, Darnold, and Baker - traded away for Chris Godwin last week).

With Emanuel Sanders and Kittle probably sitting out, who should I start as my WR (Non-PPR)

PPR League. Look ahead to best WR and RB options to help fill byes in week 12:

* R. Gage vs TB -- Great matchup. Hooper out.

* A. Tate vs PIT -- Not a great matchup but if AJ Green out he should get targets.

* R. Anderson vs OAK -- Another good matchup but can he be trusted?

* C. Davis vs JAX -- Not a great matchup and he may not be healthy.

* A. Lazard @SF -- Horrible matchup, but he's #2.

* J. Ajayi vs SEA -- If Howard's injury is more serious, he could get some run here.

* J. Gordon @PHI -- Note: I'm already starting T. Lockett if healthy so if Gordon, I'd have two SEA WRs in the lineup.

Which?

Thanks

Desperate for a Dubya.  0.5 PPR otherwise standard

Pick 2: Lev Bell, Brian Hill and Ronald Jones.   Leaning on benching Bell who has been underwhelming.

WR Flex: starting Tyfreak and Kupp.   Need one more from Everett, Dorsett, Reynolds.

Dst: Raiders or Saints.  Am leaning Raiders.....

Merci beaucoup Messieur Bloom.

Hey Sig,

Standard scoring non-ppr league.  Looking for my WR3

A. Robinson vs LAR - May lineup against Ramsey

Boyd vs OAK - good matchup but he has been inconsistent in non-ppr

Parker vs BUF - They are decent against the pass

Watkins vs LAC -  Has not done much since week 1 on non-ppr

Thank you!

Thanks up front!!

Non PPR standard scoring

Flex - R. Jones (NO) or C. Kirk (@SF) - Kirk is hot, but it's SF.  Both are tough D's.

D - NYJ (@Was) or NE (@Phi) - I know, blasphemous that I would even consider NYJ, but it's Haskins!?

PPR Flex

Singletary at MIA

or

Brian Hill at CAR

—————

PPR Flex/TE, which 2?

Darren Waller vs CIN

Mark Andrews vs HOU

Brian Hill at CAR

Thanks!

I have some fringe WR option bench guys and I could be starting one next week depending on Lockett. I’m trying to keep guys with upward trajectory/upside. I foolishly played James Washington over Renfrow or Dorsett so I’ll be looking to drop him and pick someone up with my $28 in faab left. But some of these guys I could pick up now for free and drop renfrow or Dorsett.

Full ppr, I own: renfrow, dorsett, James Washington (already used him)

Possible looking to drop some for:

Available FA: Isabella, AJ Brown, Kenny Stills, N’Keal Harry, TreQuan

please advise

thanks Sig

Do I trade Fournette and Kupp for CMC and A. J. Brown?  I’d be replacing Kupp in my lineup with a combo of Watkins, Mcclaurin and Brown.1/2 PPR.

Hey yo Sig ... Been a long time since I listened to The Eleven, thanks for the flashback.

I’ve got a bye week crunch this week.

.5 ppr

Ronald Jones or Ekeler

Thanks

A rob vs the rams d (Ramsey) or gage in Atlanta vs Carolina. Ppr with bonus for long tds

week 14 is about when id expect conner back if he didnt make the damage worse. i'd probably hold cook and improvise at RB2

12 team .5 PPR and the Conner fiasco did not help as I was already a massive underdog this week.  Please rank these WR3s:

stafford was hot and has great 12,14,15 matchups. id hold in case lack of WR puts wentz into a slump despite matchups

just his demonstrated ceiling before this recent slump, but you're right the floor low and momentum isn't there
