Lol. The 100 yards rushing are imaginaryMVP 11/20 for 78 yards so far.
Yes, read option. Thanks. No, he reads the edge and makes his decision based on that. I think it's the read option you are referring to tho, not rpo.
So they can run on on 4th down in the Super Bowl? Why do the 9ers throw it on 4th down every time?
GOod point, that is he entirety of what he has doneMVP 11/20 for 78 yards so far.
Do you think the p in mvp stands for passer?Jimmy G 170 yards to MVP's 175 if you'd all prefer to look at it that way.
It was more about the completion percentage to me, anyways.
Let's see how this game finishes.
Some hate their favorite music as bumpers or ads but it sure beats a crappy song.I’ll Be You by Replacements as going to commercial music there
I don’t understand why but I love it

Yep. Nothing to hang their heads about. Game lived up to the hype.Niners hung tough today and made a game of it. I'd love to see a rematch in the SB.
I'd bet on this being a preview for the SB.That was a great game by two good teams.
The #1 pass defense in bad weather is what it took. This was a damn good game.
49er's did the best against LJ in a long while.
NFC has a few good teams. Home field will be huge for whoever gets it.I'd bet on this being a preview for the SB.
As a niners fan that's watched plenty of Roman/Kaepnernick games that's the weakness of his offense. It's a one read pass to the middle of the field. That’s where Lamar’s discomfort throwing outside the numbers shows. Had 3 open guys
I'm sure it was a factor, but toward the end of the game they seemed like they were figuring it out.The #1 pass defense in bad weather is what it took.
Tucker has enabled terrible Harbaugh decisions for the last 7 years and he always bails him out - like in the 2012 OT playoff game at DenverI REALLY don't like this decision. Go for as many yards as you can, it's raining and cold.
From an article I read yesterdayI'm sure it was a factor, but toward the end of the game they seemed like they were figuring it out.
That's certainly glass is half full. If Hawks win tomorrow then San Francisco goes from #1 seed to #4. Winning the division and getting a first round bye is pretty dang important. From an article I read yesterday
"Even if the Niners lose — and they are six-point underdogs on the road — the more important goal Sunday is to find vulnerabilities in this offensive juggernaut that can be targeted in a potential February rematch."
What I'm saying is that running QBs are afforded special protection as runners because it's impossible for the defender to know whether they intend to run or pass so they have to try and tackle them w/ like they've got kid gloves on. Gone are the days where Vick or RG3 can just get blasted without reprisal from the refs. The Frankman said:That's all QBs though...
Haven't rewatched the game to see what adjustments were made, but something worked. So Martindale has been brilliant all season. Can’t wait to see how he’ll address the edge runs this half.
They would potentially drop to #5. Winning the division will make a huge difference for either team.If Hawks win tomorrow then San Francisco goes from #1 seed to #4. Winning the division and getting a first round bye is pretty dang important.
