more fascinating insight from Booger

See, if they go for 2, the score will be 19-16, a field goal lead.

How does ESPN not have a better analyst than Booger for these games.

The game changed after the Watt sack. One could argue about causation but the fact is up until that point the Texans has shown no life on either side of the ball.

Since that play they have dominated the game, on both sides.

Again, I agree with both of you. I was saying it was a 16-0 advantage, Houston hadn't scored but the sack really saved the season as it was on life support at that moment.

Just disgusting.

Really pissing me off and I’m not even a Bills fan (yet). The city-and the team-really deserved to win this. Got to play 60 I guess and like HS said, momentum changes at the right time are verything. That Allen fumble was a killer.

Hope they can squeeze this out.

If the Bills knew coming into the game 20 would win it they should have taken it. Now can they get there.

Can they, though?  Because I don't think they can.

i was rooting for buffalo but i think there are few teams in the nfl that i think are less capable of scoring when they need too

What a great game.

I agree. Usually the lead off game for WC weekend..almost always involving the Texans or Bengals..is trash

Have you met people?

I loved that era of baseball. I learned a lot of where the modern game was going, and it sure did. I do believe in the human capacity for clutchness and the human element of momentum, though. As far as clutch, they started to quantify it, iIRC. Momentum is a little more difficult to do so, but the eyes tell you.

Never underestimate this Texans D.  I don't think I've ever seen them make a defensive stop late in a close game.

They don't deserve to win this.  They have no killer instinct, haven't all year.

He did my favorite earlier in the game...Buffalo was up 7-0, and the next drive they got pinned pretty deep in their own territory and Booger was clutching his rosary beads and had he been the OC, he would have taken a knee 3x and punted. He didn't say it exactly as I'm saying it but it was close. Just wanted to run a safe play and get the punt team out there as quick as possible. If he could punt on 1st or 2nd down, he would have preferred that.

Wow. Singeltary ran to contact on the sideline there and just popped off some yards on that run.

Gotta be him in the game over Gore.

I stand corrected. That singletary catch was clutch.

Absolutely. I just lamented him running to contact. Bad news.

I hate to go all booger here, but that screen was a great call

Great call there how they tried to get as many yards as possible.

If you can get more yards, go for it. It puts you closer to a touchdown.

Way too easy. Just way too easy. McDermott being too conservative with the lead and Allen too careless with the ball have put Buffalo here. What a shame.

All could be forgiven if they cap this drive off with a TD

If I see JJ Watt, while the Texans are on offense, one more time I’m going to lose my mind.

God, I think the next 15 years of my football fandom life are going to be on pins and needles every time Allen runs the ball, just hoping he doesn't fumble.
