This devy / dynasty league has existed for 10 years. It is a PPR league, where WRs get 1 pt per reception, RBs get .75 pts per reception, and TEs get 1.25 pts per reception. QBs get 4 pts per TD pass, 1 pt per every 20 yards passing, 1 pt per every 10 yards rushing and receiving, 6 pts per rush / rec TDs (see the rest, including the league constitution by visiting the league home page, then click Reports/Rules/League Settings). We are looking for owners who will be in the league long term, not those with the redraft mentality, or those who want to hit and run after a year when things don't go their way, whether in building a team, or those that try and stock up for a year and win then leave when the team is devoid of talent or old.
A devy league is one where you can roster college players. Our league allows a maximum of 12 college players can be on rosters at any point in time. There is a maximum of 4 players allowed per team. Teams can continue to choose college players up until the 12th player is off the board, at which point no more players may be chosen. To be considered a college player, a player must be on a college roster or have signed their letter of intent to intend a college (i.e. no high school prospects can be chosen until their letter of intent has been signed). Once a player is drafted onto an NFL team, he loses his status as a college player and becomes an NFL rookie. These players are eligible to be traded the same as any other player. If a development prospect is released by a team, that player is ineligible to be picked up by another. They will instead be available to be drafted as either a regular rookie or devy in the following rookie draft, whichever they are eligible for.
Below is listed the players and picks that will be in the dispersal draft. The draft will be serpentine 1-3, 3-1, 1-3, 3-1, 1-3, etc. We will use a dice server to determine order of the draft for the 3 owners.
Also listed below are the college players already on rosters. Keep in mind if any of these players are coming into the league in 2020 as a rookie they do not count against the devy (college) player limit.
