Startup Orphan OTC in Second round of Free League

We have an owner that has abandoned his team. Team is currently on the clock in a startup dynasty league. He has drafted Saquon Barkley in the first round and is OTC with his second round pick when he abandoned. PPR Superflex TE premium. Looking to replace him ASAP to continue drafting.
