12 team dynasty football, DEEP devy (10 rnd startup), SF, tierred ppr, $25/year with 2-year commitment, Sleeper, Leaguesafe (1 Viewer)

Hi y'all, trying to put together a deep devy dynasty football league. Will draft as soon as the league is filled.

For those who are unfamiliar with devy, devy leagues run like ordinary dynasty leagues except owners draft the rights to "developmental players"--players who are currently in college--and get to add them to their rosters when those players enter the NFL. This adds a lot of strategic depth to crafting a team and makes watching college football more interesting. This league takes devy a step further by having a 10-round startup devy draft and then annual 5-round devy drafts. This is admittedly meant for more hardcore devy enthusiasts, so any devy newbies need to be ready adapt to the nature of this format (i.e., rookie picks are devalued in this format because of devy depletion of the player pool).

Relevant details on the league are below:

• Dynasty/Devy league on Sleeper platform.
  
• 12 teams, Superflex, tiered PPR (0.5 RB, 1.0 WR, 1.5 TE), 5 pt/passing td, no divisions, lineup - qb/rb x2/wr x 3/te/flex x 2 (rb/wr/te)/ sf x 1 (rb/wr/te/qb). 
  
• $25 buy-in, via Leaguesafe ($50 for the first year to cover a 2-year commitment)
  
• 26-man roster, 4-man taxi squad, 3 IR spots.
  
• Devies do not count against roster limits.
  
• Startup vet draft – 26-round slow snake draft. Timer is 8 hours for rounds 1-8, 4 hours for rounds 9-20, and 1 hour for rounds 20-26.
  
• 10-round devy draft will be a slow snake draft that will follow immediately after the vet draft concludes. Owners will announce their picks in the Sleeper league chat and picks will be tracked in a shared Google doc.
  
• 4-round rookie draft will be the later of one week after the 2020 NFL draft concludes (May 2) or shortly after the devy draft finishes up.
  
• Devy draft order is the reverse of the rookie draft order.
  
• Startup orders will be determined by two derbies in the following steps: (1) randomize an order; (2) owners take turns selecting vet startup draft slots based off of this order (for example, the first owner in the randomized order could select the 1 slot, the second owner could select the 12 slot, so the third owner can select any slot other than 1 and 12); (3) we then reverse the *order in which we selected vet startup slots--*not the vet startup draft order itself--and take turns selecting our rookie draft slot; and (4) the devy draft order is the opposite of the rookie.
  
  Full example: owner X gets to select his rookie slot first, Y gets to select 11th, and Z gets to select 12th. X chooses the 1 vet startup slot, Y chooses the 9 slot, and Z gets stuck with the only slot remaining, slot 8. We then reverse the order for selecting picks, so Z makes his selection first and selects the rookie 1/devy 12 slot, Y selects 2nd and selects the rookie 12/devy 1, and X chooses last and gets stuck with the last rookie slot no one else wants.
  

[*]After first year, will have 5-round annual devy draft and 3-round annual rookie draft. The draft order for future devy/rookie drafts is linear.
