I'm watching a YouTube video from TPS (Total Pro Sports) called "15 cities that should have an NBA team".  Here's the list:

15. Las Vegas

14. San Diego

13. Hartford

12. Buffalo

11. Montreal

10. Cincinnati

9. Nashville

8. Louisville

7. Tampa Bay

6. Baltimore

5. Kansas City

4. St. Louis

3. Vancouver

2. Pittsburgh

1. Seattle

What do you think of the list?

 
Don't think Canada is gonna realistically get another NBA franchise.  Seattle and Vegas both seem like the clear cut favourites from the list above.

Seattle, Vancouver, St Louis*, Kansas City, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Buffalo, San Diego

*St Louis got a perpetual payment not to join the NBA

 
I would love to see KC get one, but would be surprised if it happened.  St Louis can't support another sport.  They are good with the Cardinals and Blues.
