This is a 16 team, Non-SF/IDP Salary/Contract league (55 man roster with 10 man taxi) with a $198,200,000 Cap
All rookies are placed in auction pool
Entry Fee is $115 funds will be held via league safe.  
Auction Draft will commence once all owners have been found and paid
