I'd play Godwin and Fuller. Godwin is the sure fire option. I'd lean to Fuller because the Texans will be behind a throw a lot. Fuller is the guy who seems to benefit most of the whole corps when the Texans go pass-heavy.

Fuller and Juju.  Fuller has the best upside and Juju should play well without Dionte Johnson and Cleveland struggles against the slot WR.
