I'm having fun watching the Tyler Lockett/Kyler Murray (90 points!!!!)  team in my league playing the Russel Wilson/Devante Adams/Nuke Hopkins (102 pts)  team.

Kingsbury and staff saving the game with that TO preventing delay of game and making it a longer FG...

Then Gonzalez shanks it....

Can't make this up.

I do this every prime time game that goes into OT, while in general I/we know the rules it never fails to cause some folks to second guess and wonder how we got to this point...

Oh BTW AZ missed, the game should be over now, Tie Game!

That’s what you deserve for kicking a fg on 2nd down.

And a 41 yarder.  Idiotic no matter who your kicker is.

Yep, and running a few more plays runs the clock down in case you miss.

How about his offense was rolling and then he suddenly kicks it on 2nd and 15 right after they had their first real negative play of the drive, seemed a little wimpy to try the kick at that point. If he was so scared he should have tried it on 1st and 10, sends the wrong message. Kliff is Kind of Wimpy

Kingsbury is a good coach but that was a colassal screw up. Kick on 2nd down. Terrible. Take too long to make the decision so you have to ice your own kicker to save a delay of game? Even worse.

From 41 yards, yes. They weren't expecting a loss of 5 yards - it was supposed to be a 36 yarder.

Kicking a 41 yarder on 2nd down with 2.5 minutes left is honestly one of the stupidest things I’ve ever seen in football.

he is, and i did not see that coming after his stint at Texas Tech, but the Big XII is not real football so i guess that was presumptuous of me

It's not like he signed a contract before the 1st down play that obligated him to kick on 2nd no matter what.
