    TE Oronde Gadsden II, LAC

The fretting above about Harbaugh’s tendencies is, respectfully, off base. As a devoted UM fan and close observer of Harbaugh for a decade, his offenses have three features: establishing the run, using a fullback more than others, and throwing to TEs (especially up the seam). Jake Butt, Erik...

    TE Oronde Gadsden II, LAC

Ha! The thing about Gadsden that I appreciated is that Harbaugh loves TEs. By comparison, I love Terence Fergeson’s talent but I am not convinced McVey will use his TEs enough.

That might be me. Is this league 20+ years old and started in AA? Sometimes when you are front running it’s helpful to keep assets away from other owners. And the next highest bid was over $40.

Pac Man Jones Never Used His Own Urine for Drug Tests

This thread brings back memories of The Incredible Whizzinator. Anyone else?

    RB James Cook, BUF

I gotta think his brother’s quick drop off is an influential factor here. Dalvin made the pro bowl several times on his rookie deal but I don’t think he got to really cash in before his injury problems emerged. James had his best season and proved he could break big runs. He won’t get $15M...

    WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA

He appears to have officially arrived. He is getting targets. Getting stats. And looks to the eye like a playmaker. No. 10 WR in total points YTD in my PPR league as of this week.

    Dynasty Value Discussion Thread

What's the current sentiment on CMac's dynasty trade value this off-season? Let's assume he plays very well through the end of the season (even if he is not used at superman levels). His contract in my league is expiring and so I can't afford to keep him (without letting go of a younger...

    RB Rico Dowdle, CAR

Agree, but it ain't like Zeke is at the top of his game.

    RB Rico Dowdle, CAR

Draft over and the Cowboys did nothing at RB...is Dowdle a legit candidate to start?

    3 years, $42 mill, $26 mill guaranteed

    RB Jonathan Taylor, IND

I don't disagree but that same logic is why Irsay is an *** for insisting on a first round pick during preseason. JT is not worth enough to pay big cash because the market for RBs says it is not worth the monetary or draft capital, but Irsay demanded to receive more than the market would pay.

    RB Kareem Hunt, KC

Ridiculous statement. Hunt finished last year with the 37th ypc among RBs at 3.8 ypc (on 123 carries). Not great but there are backs with similar numbers on more carries that did not get written off coming into the season including Rachaad White, Joe Mixon, and Brian Robinson--all mid round...

    RB Kareem Hunt, KC

From my point of view, it is not a matter of EXCLUDING the run as though that is conclusive. But it is the case that some are allowing his tiny career data set to be incredibly skewed by a single bad instance of defensive execution and are using it to suggest Ford is conclusively a better back...

    RB Kareem Hunt, KC

Well, whether you remove that run or not, Ford has one good carry in his two year career. At a minimum, the comments that he is better than Hunt or has looked great in the running game are unfounded. Seems like a lot of folks are seeing what they want or trying to convince themselves. Ford...

    RB Kareem Hunt, KC

Not sold on Ford. He averaged 1.5 ypc last season on admittedly very very few touches. He average 2.6 ypc last night if we remove his highest and lowest carry. He averaged 2.4 on 15 touches in week one. I concede that tossing out his 69 yd run is cherry picking. But, it was a fluky run...
