Does anyone know Mike or have a picture of Mike? Assuming he's not using a fake name/identity (and that's a big if), I would think someone would be able to provide details that would be helpful to the police/authorities in tracking him down. Someone must know who he is and/or where he is.

So far, the police have been very helpful and responsive. It's unclear if that address is correct--I am still doing my best to try and figure it out.

I've been in touch with the Murray police today. Still working on it. I will keep everyone apprised of my progress--rest assured I won't stop until this guy is in jail.

Honestly, you people giving Mike the benefit of the doubt are crazy in my view. By his OWN ADMISSION about $500k is missing (and that's HIS account, I think others probably think it's worse than that). Again, by his OWN ADMISSION he used player prize money which should have been segregated...

We need law enforcement to get involved as soon as possible. That's the only way this guy will be put in jail and we can recover money. Regardless of whether he stole the money or really did use it for some business venture either one is a crime and he should be punished.

Yes it was. At some point he knew he was insolvent/underwater and kept taking money in the hopes he could fund redemptions. This is most certainly a ponzi/Madoff situation.

thetman, you are crazy. I am basing everything on Mike's own words. By his own admission he used player funds that should have been segregated for business purposes (and that's if you believe his account). If I did that as a lawyer I would be automatically disbarred. You never ever touch...

I'm posting it so people can report him to the authorities and they know who to go after. No other reason (certainly not advocating threatening/unlawful behavior).

See my earlier post--we should all be calling the police/authorities. The sooner and the more people that do that, the sooner we get Mike locked up and possibly get some cash back.
