    changing divisions in dynasty league

    Our league splits things up according to past year's finish: Division A: 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th Division B: 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th Gives us a mix of good/bad playoff/non-playoff teams in each division at the start of every season.
