A number of guys who aren't a guarantee have gone ahead of Turner. If you beleive he'll get a starting gig and he has the talent to succeed, I don't think this is too high at all for him to go. There will be a number of WRs at your next pick but the young RBs are getting very thin.

Why the love for Rudi in a PPR? Giving up alot on the receiving end considering you can really only pencil him in for around 20 catches for 100 yards. His consistancy is nice but he's 60 or so points in the hole against a good receiving back.
