Picked this guy up a week ago because of how happy Rodgers looked when Davis got the TD after Hall left the game.
Never seen Rodgers look happy for Hall. My gut was saying Rodgers is pulling for this guy. I don't know why but I think Rodgers prefers Davis in terms of passing work, which means...
I ended up dropping him for Isaiah Davis on the Jets because I just lost Breece. I think it's possible he gets a lot more touches but he's still competing with Edwards and even Haskins. I don't know if it's going to happen this year.
Can we talk about what really matters: Is he actually playing this week?
And if not, could we be staring down the barrel at a multi-week absence to get his body right?
Which leads me to my next question: Sean Tucker?!
Oh yeah, I'd do that in Dynasty too. This is for redraft. Need the most likely guy to put up points down the stretch in case Breece is shutdown entirely.
Been thinking about this guy as a Breece owner who couldn't get Allen because he was drafted by the resident Jets fan in my league.
Would you pick up Davis if you had to drop either Kimani Vidal or Sincere McCormick? Feels like those other two guys have a stronger shot at more valuable carries.
That's not weekly projections though. That's essentially AI-assisted yearly projections which are crap. Their weekly projections are very closely aligned with Vegas prop bets, I've found.
ESPN projections are apparently extremely reliable, on average. You're obviously going to have experiences where they get it wrong and it loses you a week here or there, but by and large they are the most accurate.
He also rolled his left ankle in the process. He came up wincing but no way for us to know if he reaggravated something until next week.
I would watch the practice reports closely though. At his age, just coming back from multiple ankle injuries, I'm definitely worried about a reaggravation...
Noticed this too. Makes you wonder what the route tree was for Hopkins in Tennessee. To be THAT low in YAC, it has to be purposeful. Like "catch the ball and go down" sort of strategy.
He's obviously no spring chicken anymore and he's never been notorious for his YAC ability but I don't think...
He wasn't ok though. He was clearly a decoy just toughing it out to help the team. I would imagine his ankle swelled up after the game and he'd be limited at best all week. Probably another decoy game coming up as well.
