I think we'll see some improvement from Hurts (or rather some improvement is possible) but we're not going to see leaps and bounds. At this point - he mostly is who he is. He's not going to be the guy to throw for 400 yards every other week or make great plays in the middle of the field...but...
It's right up there with the Sheldon Brown / Lito Sheppard draft - maybe better (need more then half a season to definitely say better but they look it)
Yea, the market is going to be reset. Great time to be a FA.
With Cox and Kelce retiring, good time for the cap to go up as well, thats like a 40 mil cap hit between the two of them I believe.
I'm surprised Washington didn't try harder to get an offensive coach to go with the new high pick QB they'll be getting. Maybe they just banked too hard on Ben Johnson and when he didnt want the job, they gave up? Or were there just not that many potential OC's worth considering?
Maybe it's good...
Oh certainly possible. But after what we endured this year, whether it was Sirianni or Johnson's fault - we just need someone with some experience. I'd be hopeful Moore would have learned from his travels as well.
My change I want to see is challenges on a 30 second clock. That's it. If you can't overturn it by then, call stands. Having to go microzoom 50x and look at 10 different angles...isn't football.
