I would need to look at both roster's to give you an adequate evaluation, but if the Commish has just inserted a "Proxy" team #2 to build up then yes it may be Collusion. Otherwise he is not too slick at trading or like someone else said, just trying to help a new owner out. It seems sort of...- Baedric
