Looks like McCarthys week 1 success may be due to the fact that the Bears are just bad. McCarthy has flashes of goodness but then looks completely lost. Gonna be a roller coaster of a year. Wait until they play GB twice.
He’ll certainly make some big plays but I target guys with targets and consistency…not feast or famine /home run options. I was hoping that GB might make him the target of the wr core. They might gradually but I don’t want to clog my roster waiting and hoping. D rather take shots at...
Was just able to grab him. Made a 2 for 1 trade for Kenneth Walker so I could grab Boutte as my 5th wr. Traded J Warren and Olave for essentially Walker and Boutte. Certainly risk with the Walker / Charb situation but they are an offense that will run, run, run. We’ll see how it works out.
I don’t understand the need to bury the kid before he’s even had a chance. What few chances he’s had he’s looked great. The coaches traded their starting rb which no one expected because of this kid. How about we give him a chance and see how he does?
The games weren't even close. Detroit and Wash scored some garbage time TDs when the game was over. If the offense capitalized more the game could've been over at halftime. There's a lot of time between now and December but GB certainly looking like the team to beat in the NFC.
I wouldn't be surprised if they traded for someone but I would be surprised if that someone came in and got Ekeler's workload. I don't think there's any question that the team will be forced to lean on the Bill more than planned. At the end of the day they need to win games and they need to...
agreed. I think his arrow was pointing up even with Ekeler healthy as Ekeler looked pretty ineffective on most touches and I felt it was a matter of time until more of those touches moved Bill's way. Now it will happen quicker.
that was my fear knowing how the GB offense has run the last few years. Got sucked into "this time it's going to be different" given all the rave reviews. Didn't have to pay up so it's not a big deal but I'd rather have Boutte at this point.
Went late TE if Kittle didn't fall and ended up with Warren and/or Kraft on 3 teams. Couldn't be happier. Gonna be a "good" issue where I have both Warren and Kraft
I'm sure he'll be a fine player and it might even be this year but Love doesn't target a WR (besides Kraft). Only snagged Golden in a short bench league and he's hitting the WW next week.
