Does Coby Fleener have Jimmy Graham-like potential? It seems a lot of draftniks have him as an inline TE. His blocking seemed adequate in college at best, which is a long way from NFL adequate. Is he athletic enough to be utilized as a Joker?

What must also be taken into account is that they will have the same decision to make next year with Antonio Brown. They might be deciding that they want a future with Brown and a 1st rounder then with Wallace with a big contract. They could then try signing Brown on a more team friendly deal...

Fleener is going to test well in the combine, especially in relation to his size. I see him in a lot of mocks going to TE needy teams in the second round, but I think his draft stock will shoot up post-combine based on the success of Jimmy Graham and the NE TEs. IMO, he plays more like Vincent...

PFT brought up a good point. McDaniels is looking for HC job in the future and is trying to rehab his image in this next job as OC. You don't want Bradford working with different OCs every year or every other year (see A Smith & J Campbell). They need to find an OC that has got the HC thing...
