I have owned a team in 12 team dynasty football league on dynasty.efsports.com for 7 years. It is hands down my favorite dynasty format for football. It is a 53-man rosters contract league, non-PPR, 24 starters (11 Def, 11 Off, 1 kicker, 1 punter). Probably the most unique rule is that you have...

I will concur that the ESPN cheat sheet for auction is a 10-team league and non-ppr. Also, I don't believe it updates based on the Mock Draft data. I have been using it a couple of days now and Doug Martin is still at $6. I just did a Mock Auction via ESPN and his pre-draft valuation was $11...
I have hope for Hagg, but either way Hagg is going to have to hold off Usama Young who did play well with Ward out last year. Even though Hagg took starter reps at OTA, Young is still firmly in the picture. Hagg is someone to keep an eye on, but camp will tell us what we need to know.
Don't sleep on Pernell McPhee he might be the best pass rusher of the bunch in line to replace Suggs. My feeling is that they will cover Suggs with a combination of McPhee/Kindle/Upshaw/Kruger. Which one emerges is anyone's guess, but I think people are really sleeping on McPhee.
James will not be limited by his stature, but I am a bit confused why they drafted him with Kendall Hunter on the roster. I thought Hunter had a great rookie year. My only thought is that may be Hunter did not pass catch as well as the coaching staff would of liked so they drafted James. This...
Welcome to the world of IDP. First off, my advice to new IDP owners is that make the Defensive scoring significant enough that they matter or else it tends to just be like having kickers. It is really hard to replace a Ray Lewis or London Fletcher, because you are not exactly sure if the...
I agree that McCoy handled pressure very well under Mangini/Daboll in 2010, although he did throw a lot of picks under pressure (but he was a rookie). McCoy was below average dealing with pressure under Shurmur last year. I'm willing to give McCoy the benefit of the doubt being in a new system...

I watch the whole game Hillis job is safe for this year. Hardesty is looking like a rookie to me (missed last year his rookie year with an knee issue) runs without patience and out of control. Hardestty is hitting the hole hard and not letting holes develop by his blockers (However, the Browns...
