I say Chubb in this scenario. You should have a shot at two good receivers at 12, but you wont have a shot at a RB like chubb at 12

Who are your other keepers?  PPR?  2RB, 2WR, and Flex? I would probably keep Thomas in a PPR and Chubb in a standard as well depending on who else you have on your roster.

I do not think a WR 3 or or Penny is enough.  I would look for a high end WR 2 or low end WR 1 with upside and a 1st round pick.  Kelce is a stud and will be with Mahomes at the helm for quite some time.  Maybe get two picks out of him, like a first and a 3rd or something like that.

Julio is just fine.  He will be a stud this year and has the potential to be the #1 wide receiver.  Hold tight especially if he is your WR 2.

Don't take that trade.  I don't think you want both cleveland browns.  Likely when when scores the other is not.  Big Ben was a top 5 QB last year in most set ups.  He will be again this year.  Barkley will outscore Chubb most likely and Hunt comes back around week 8.

Chubb, Carson, and Ekeler.  Ingram may be good but I think you give Ekeler a shot first and see how Ingram fits in that offense.  I think lamar jackson poaches td's running from ingram.
