I just don't get why people would believe that an angry McNabb, voicing his dislike about the Vick signing, would be blown off by management that would still bring in Vick. Then we see Garcia being used as proof. So the eagles listened to an angry McNabb back then when letting Garcia walk but...
So when did you obtain your psychology degree to come up with such a thing? That's the problem with today's sports fan. They think they can play Dr. Melfi by watching what's going on on the sidelines, giving some sophomoric and unqualified analysis on a player.I'm sorry, but I don't think your...
And how about the fact that as a Raider, Garcia is now making a lot of comments in the press about wanting to be the starter. For obvious reasons, he didn't behave that way during his time in Philly because he knew he wasn't a starter as advertised by the media.
Would you be convinced if I told you that my journalism degree is pretty much worthless with the newspaper industry dying the way it is now? :goodposting: either way, it's a shame that the things I was taught in school doesn't play out in the real world of sports journalism.
While you've come to whatever conclusion you come to, I'll listen to my ex-wife who attended Syracuse University with Donovan and knows him personally.I'm sorry, but that story about Mcnabb, a quarterback who helped carry the Eagles to four straight NFC Championship games, being jealous of a qb...
But earlier you claimed:
Was the media presence in Syracuse large enough to be a motivating factor for McNabb to "play the media game" or was he simply being genuine?Get real. A lot of you guys eat up the drivel these writers throw out there. McNabb being "angry" about Garcia was nothing but...
That stuff about mcNabb being pissed about Garcia was pure make believe drivel. I remember thsoe articles stating "an anonymous source close to Mcnabb."Nothing but unverified fabrications. Too bad we live in a country where people feel like they need to agree with unsubtantiated opinions just...
McNabb and Vick go way back when Nabby tried to recruit Vick to play at Syracuse. If you want to believe that McNabb confided with someone that he wasn't happy about the Vick signing, I completely disagree. But it sounds like your faith is in this not ending well. I can't tell the future, but...
so what in this case, if true, should change? Should he curb his heterosexuality and not jump on the urge to watch some T&A?Seriously......Pacman created trouble in a strip club. That has nothing to do with the next guy.
I forgot, any individual that plays in the great state of Mass carry a sense of purity. I bet you were a big fan of Corey Dillon when he ran for your Patriots.Give it a rest.
Pacman's problem was his behavior inside the club and what transpired outside of the strip club. Plenty of people have gone to strip clubs and have come out unscathed. If true, I dont see the big deal, considering there are more dangerous places than strip clubs.
Now that we've both come to the obvious conclusion, you can now return to your regularly scheduled cherry picking of which athlete with a criminal background you'll cheer for and which one you won't. Grand, isn't it?
