Has anyone heard anything about Harrison? Has he been practicing? He is worth a start after 2 poor performances while being hurt?

Does JJ Arrington have any dynasty value? I'm debating dropping him which would give me a 4th round pick in our rookie/FA draft. So I guess would it be smarter to hold on to him or pick up someone else. Has anyone heard if he is going to back up E James, or if Shipp is?
