Back at practice today. Anyone see any internet doctors outlook on his injury?
Low or High Ankle?
Bent awkwardly, was writhing around in agony, but went back out there, probably not moving 100%.
Love the win, love the way the D played.
Hated that final play call though.
Give Lamar a running start where not one defender is within 10 yards of another?
We are lucky he decided not to try to run it in.
Prevent D prevents you from winning!
My SP league draft summary and thoughts:
Similar to Meno, I have been unable to find success in this league!
Playoffs with an early exit one year, weak draft playoff performance the others.
Pre-draft roster:
QB: Lamar / Love
RB: Dillon, Sanders, GIbson (YIKES)
WR: G. Wilson, Nico, Hopkins...
Really don’t get it. Even if they are down a TD or two and the line isn’t great, historically I thought Vrabel loved to keep feeding Henry, and by carry 15-18 the defense is beaten up and he starts breaking chunk plays?
Or has he just lost a few steps and finally hit the cliff?
Did Akers drop back to pass in the 2nd quarter Mattison TD drive?
Play by play den Stats are showing he got sacked for 7 yard loss - eg not a 7 yard rushing loss
(Unrelated to his injury, but wondering exactly what happened here for potential stat correction reasons)
Another week or two probably not a bad idea to wait. it’s not just the health but the playing in / understanding of a new offense.
Let’s not forget he hasn’t had the history of being the most studious!
Hm, quotes from him indicate it wasn't just rest - had an issue with a different part of the same hamstring.
But insisted he is playing.
Definitely not great given his tendency to go down in games.
