So we're saying that Rice's delayed suspension is being handled correctly and Sam Williams suspension was not? Either way, the NFL is not being consistent.

The NFL's stance is that it is "waiting for the legal system to play out". Well over a year and Rashee Rice still does not have a trial date for his 8 felony criminal charges. Maybe they're waiting for his career to be over.
