You'll love Arches. I'd recommend to pack a headlight. I did Delicate Arch for sunset which was awesome, but then was in the park for nightfall where bazillions of stars come out.

I've been to southern tip of South America, but not Antarctica - have a great trip! You probably know this already, but if you haven't read Endurance by Alfred Lansing before you go, I highly recommend.
