I honestly thought the same thing until they traded Kam Wimbley for a 3rd. He is a decent player and a GREAT off the field guy. That trade just did not make alot of sense to me. That just gives them more ammunition. I guess we will see.

I defintely agree that McCoy can play either DE or DT and I think he would actually make a better DE in a 3-4 than DT. He is a beast either way. I would be thrilled if we get him assuming we do not make a move for Sammy B. I think we are setting up to try to move up to get him tho..IMO.

What they said. No way does Frye look like Losman last year. Losman was awful last year. He could not read the defenses and ran alot more than he should have. I could see Volek coming as a backup especially if it is as bad in Ten as I have read. IMO Anderson looks like he would work out...

If we can get anything out of either of them that one has to go. I would say that Green should stay just because Harrison looks good enough and quick enough to be the change of pace/3rd down back.

I love our defense. I was looking at the roster as a whole trying to see who they are going to cut to get down to the 53 and I can get down to 58 before it really gets hard. I have watched all 3 preseason games and I think the 2nd year under Romeo is going to make a huge difference.
