Garmin estimated times my watch shows are 1 min faster than 5k PR and about 26 mins faster than marathon PR. Assume my VO2 is probably under 50 irl.
My RHR over the past year is 53
and I do sleep with my watch on and I drink AG1 which was supposed to fix everything 🙃
Its a relative measure from a Garmin or other watch based on anctivities and resting HR and active HR and maybe what zones you have set up and age and weight probably amongst other things.
My watch measured # goes up as I get more fit throughout the season and it likes faster workouts.

Weirdest thing. I somehow stopped doing my PT moves a couple weeks back and slowly started feeling like a tight bound and wound POS again.

I have a couple local run club races to pick from or run all in April. I think a 10m, 10k and 15k depending on what kid soccer schedule looks like.
Will target 10k effort style workouts, strides and reintroduce long runs and phase into fall race training.
