Maybe 10% for five weeks, 20% for five weeks, 40% for four weeks? 10,000 entrants would end us at 250 remaining. Edit: If 250 is still too few with close to everybody winning something, you could change the last four weeks to a 35% cut and remain with 345 entrants.

Just wanted to say the food bank thing is a great idea. I think most people would be willing to take less of a prize for this cause. Also think it makes sense that you choose/vet the food bank, though we obviously would like to think the winner would have good intentions. Also wanted to say...
